GETTING STARTED

Our process involves understanding the specific needs of your business, and then crafting a custom, KPI-driven business plan based on easy-to-understand and easy-to-optimise components. Our methods have proven successful for both large online trading institutions, and their white label clients.

STEP 1:
Introductory meeting
Agencies United will meet with you, or your white label client, to present our suite of services offered, along with a proposal to build a custom business plan.

 

STEP 2:
Presentation of business plan
Based on interviews with key stakeholders in the organisation, research, analysis and a gap report, Agencies United will present a full business plan.
STEP 3:
EXECUTION of business plan
After a commitment to allocation of budget and resources, Agencies United will execute part or all of the business plan.

WHO WE ARE

TORBEN RENE LARSEN

Has more than 15 years of experience with Saxo Bank, most recently as the Global Head of Marketing. In the late 90’s he was one of the main drivers in building Saxo Bank’s online strategy, and was also responsible for the execution of the strategy until 2012. He left Saxo Bank to found Agencies United, mainly with the purpose to offer his experience to a broader audience.

MORTEN GOTTRUP

Has been working with media in the financial industry since 1997, and now heads the global media company, Mediagroup WorldWide. They have experience in servicing cross-border online and offline advertising servicing clients like Saxo Bank, FX Pro, IG Index, and Goldman Sachs across nearly all international markets.

JAKOB LANGEMARK

Is head of the Copenhagen based, Hello Group. For the last 7 years the advertising agency has been instrumental in developing strategy and creative execution for clients like Saxo Bank, Barclays, Nasdaq, Zecco and Citi Bank in more than 30 languages.

HENRIK LYKKESTEEN

Is a dynamic, savvy, MBA-educated professional offering years of experience in management, strategic sales and marketing from a broad range of industries. Over the last 10 years Henrik has held leading positions within Saxo Bank: VP Commercial Marketing, Head of Nordic Region, Client Service Director and most recently CMO. He was brought in as Agency United partner and co-owner in 2014.
